I'll start by using couple of words to describe Itiel and my 20'x25' metal building with a 12'x25 lean to... quality, dedicated, proficient. I can't say enough about the onsite install crew who were great. I performed my own very thorough inspection, post-install, and I could not find one thing wrong...considering they installed in one day and in the pouring rain (and I mean pouring rain). They were also very helpful in spec'ing out what I needed for my concrete base.

I was impressed with Itiel’s carports at every step of the process. Their website has the best design tool that can accommodate a number of customizations. Their customer service is excellent—you can talk to someone who is helpful very easily and they are very responsive. They also provided me with an on-site consult so I could be sure my idea would work the way I envisioned it (on-site consult cost $100, but it was worth it to me). The crew arrived on-time and were incredibly efficient. They even made some adjustments to accommodate my desired changes on the day of installation. The build quality and finish exceeded my expectations. I’m very happy and refer others to this business. On top of all that, they had very competitive prices.

My experience with Itiel's Carports from start to finish has been fabulous. Starting with Teresa, she was extremely knowledgeable of their carport offerings and provided a working solution to having the carport installed on non-level ground. The installation team was prompt in getting to the site on-time ( actually before start time), extremely quick ( getting the carport installed in under 4 hours), was easy to talk with, great listening skills and delivering a finished product to installation instructions. If you are looking to have a carport installed, do yourself a favor and check them out. Top-Notch professional company from start to finish.

The build Team was amazing! I have never seen a Team work so hard and pay attention to the detail of the plan.

David and Fernando came out to the coast to put up a 22' x 35' carport for our boat. They were very professional and efficient in getting it put up. We are really pleased with the sturdiness and look. Itiel's staff was good to work with. We went into their office, made our choice, they communicated well, the guys showed up on time, got it put up quickly, and it turned out great.

I just had my second carport installed from Itiel's. This one was a 20 ft X 20 ft. Because I was getting a building permit in Mason County required because it was built next to my existing garage, I was required to purchase the engineering paperwork, ouch! But the resulting building was bullet proof and I am very happy. Just like the other carport I purchased the crew showed up early in the morning and the building was completed in just a few hours. Crew was outstanding! The crew supervisor gave me some tips on exactly where to install the building and how to prepare to post pour a slab. This is now a permanent part of my compound.

I first talked with Jessica and she pretty much helped me all the way through, up to a couple days before install and then the project manager I believe came out to check a couple things and we worked through them together and when the crew came out the weather was not good but they plowed on and got the job done and it looks great! Five stars with 5 reasons! 1) Did what they said they would do at the right price. 2)No surprises - a great crew that worked HARD and delivered what and when they said they would. 3) The quality of the structure is better than I anticipated - well engineered, good tolerances and well built to spec. 4) Safety - they showed up with the right gear, facemasks, and obvious safety skills so that the job of steel erection went flawlessly and 5) These are nice people. After many months (years?!) of researching metal carports and manufacturers, Itiel's stood out as the best option. They are a local PNW manufacturer -- you're not dealing with a metal building reseller. I read many nightmare stories of other dealers/vendors who sell metal buildings for manufacturers across the US, with poor service, 6+ month production time, bad communication, etc. Not Itiel's -- dealing direct with the manufacturer. The office staff was all very friendly and answered my (many) questions and provided revised quotes in a timely manner. Turnaround time was just about 3 weeks from deposit placed to install (wow!). The crew who installed the building worked hard and had it completed in less than 3 hours -- impressive! I'd definitely recommend Itiel's for anyone looking for a quality metal building or carport.

We ordered a carport to cover our boat and after researching various metal carport companies and seeing nothing but negative reviews we were happy to be working with Itiel's to get quality service in a timely manner. We purchased a cover for our RV. The installation crew called to arrange delivery and verified the order. On the day of delivery the crew arrived on time. They quickly and efficiently assembled our structure. If there were questions they contacted us before proceeding with assembly. They cleaned up the work site completely. We are very satisfied with our building and the construction crew. It was helpful to the contractor that our site was prepared according to their instructions and there was good access for their equipment.

After receiving my permit, the scheduler made an a delivery date two weeks out. The installers showed up when they said they would, were professional and courteous. They coordinated their tasks without getting in each other's way. They did a perfect job and were gone 2 1/2 hours after arriving. Passed inspection first try.

I ordered my carport last February (2023) while they were having a special sale. Itiel's was great about letting me order then, but allowed me to wait until June to install it. We needed to level the area where it was going to be constructed (over our chicken coop area). The workers were polite, and respectful of my property. They cleaned everything up after themselves. When we started having heavy rain, we experienced leaking at a couple of the roof screws on one of the beams, they came, cleaned off the roof and then replaced and caulked the screws on that beam. Everything is water-tight now. It works beautifully for providing extra shelter, when it rains or snows, for my spoiled chickens.

I would definitely hire Itiel's again, and we may, if we add a carport to our driveway.
